How to I return items from my order?

Visit our Returns Portal and follow the simple instructions on-site. You will need your order number and email address.

Select items you wish to return along with the reason(s) for the return.

Confirm the items you selected and your shipping address.

What is your Return Policy?

In the event that we have made a mistake in sending the product, you have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it to us. Please contact our customer service at the email address hello@hustle-boutique.com

Where is my refund?

Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. Most refunds are issued in the form of an E-Gift Card (or store credit) to be used on future purchases.

How can I pay for my order?

My credit card was declined, what do I do?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

Regrettably, Hustle Boutique does not have details as to why this happened and suggest you reach out directly to your financial institution for any details regarding your declined payment

I didn´t get a confirmation email for my order. What do I do?

If when making the purchase, you have not received a confirmation email, we ask you to send us an email with the information described below:
